R5 Crashes when trying to make a journal entry Ever since installing R5 on 3/24/2017, whenever I go to Make General Journal Entries from the Company drop down menu, I get an unrecoverable error code 6. Have already tried program repair, followed by warm and cold boots, and verified data (no problems). This only happens with my company files (after updating the data for this Release). It does not happen with the Sample Company File (after it updates for this release.) Anyone else having this issue? Jeff Rocha 326 days ago.
