Hi I am new on the windows gadgets. By default Gadgets on windows vista installs at following path for a specific user:%UserProfile% AppData Local Microsoft Windows Sidebar Gadgets e.g.' If computer user name is xyz then the full path would be: c: USers xyz AppData Local Microsoft Windows Sidebar Gadgets My Problem: I would like to install my Gadget for All users. Like at the following path: c: Program Files Windows Sidebar Gadgets or c: Program Files Windows Sidebar Shared Gadgets How I can achieve this? I am using ShellExecute function for installation of the gadget: HINSTANCE rc = ShellExecute(NULL, NULL, szGadgetSource, NULL, NULL, SWSHOWNORMAL); where szGadgetSource contains path of the Gadget package with extension.gadget Please help. Thanks in advance.
