The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probing the quid-pro-quo investments case against YSRC leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy filed one more charge-sheet on Tuesday naming Ongole MP Y.V. Subba Reddy, IAS officer S.N. Mohanty and V.V. Krishna Prasad, son of former Home Minister Vasanth Nageswara Rao among the list of 14 accused. In its 11th charge-sheet filed in the Principal Special Court for CBI Cases here, the CBI accused Mr. Jagan of influencing the then government headed by his father YSR to allot 70 acres of prime land to Indu Projects Ltd at two places in the city at throw away prices.

Similarly, Mr. Krishna Prasad has been named accused by virtue of being the promoter of Vasantha Projects. A consortium of Embassy Property Development Company Ltd and Indu Projects was also given a housing project by DILHL and Jitendra Virwani has been named accused as the Chairman of Embassy Property. Other housing companies also made it to the accused list for on the charges of getting projects on quid-pro-quo basis.
